How quickly does the belt heat up?
Belt heats up in just 3 seconds. Simply put it on, press the button, and you'll feel warmth almost instantly — no waiting around when cramps hit.
What are the heat and vibration settings?
The belt has 3 heat levels — 113°F for daily comfort, 131°F for menstrual care, and 149°F for intense period pain relief. It also features 3 vibration massage modes. You can use heat and vibration at the same time for maximum relief.
Will it fit me?
The belt has adjustable waistband that fits waist sizes up to 50 inches, making it suitable for all body types and sizes.
How long does the battery last?
The belt runs for up to 2 hours on a full charge. It charges via USB and takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge. We recommend charging it overnight so it's ready when you need it most.
Is it safe for my skin?
Absolutely. The belt is made with soft deer velvet fabric that is non-toxic, skin-friendly, and gentle enough to wear directly against bare skin. It's designed for sensitive skin and extended wear.
Can it be used for back pain too — not just period cramps?
Yes! While it's designed primarily for menstrual cramp relief, the belt works great for general lower back pain, abdominal discomfort, and waist tension too. Many customers use it year-round, not just during their period.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to more regions soon — stay tuned!
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all US orders — no minimum required. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do I track my order?

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We're so sorry if that happens! Simply email us at santoraeinfo@gmail.com with a photo or video of the damage within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We review change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused. Please reach out to us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution for you.
