📦 Returns

💸 Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Wrong item received — If you received a different product than ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it immediately.
• Item not delivered — If your order is lost in transit or shows no tracking updates beyond the estimated delivery window, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Change of mind — We process refund requests for change of mind on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used.
⏱ Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
🔄 Replacements
In many cases, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund — whichever you prefer. If your item was damaged, defective, or missing, we will reship at no cost to you.
