📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States only.

Standard Shipping (Free) — estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after processing.

🎉 We offer free shipping on all US orders — no minimum required.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the real-time status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

⏱ Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to more regions soon!
